Our plastics plant is located right next to the liquids plant. As a result, we can run directly from the blow molder to a filling line, without needing to pack, store and ship bottles. We’ve been blowing bottles at Access Business Group since 1967, currently producing 150 million plastic containers each year. Our Lean manufacturing lines can run bottle and tube sizes from 1.5 ounce bottles and higher. Count on our comprehensive quality assurance program to monitor consistency in weight, wall thickness, neck dimensions, finish flatness and colorant percentage.
As part of our Safe and Green program, Access Business Group focuses on the environmental impact of our products. We make HDPE and PET plastic containers from materials that are recyclable, and our sophisticated reclaim system ensures that virtually all excess materials are reused.
