Because we’ve invested millions of dollars in equipment and quality upgrades for our contract partners, the Personal Care plant at Access Business Group offers some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques available. It’s also an extremely clean, organized environment that surprises and impresses our customers.
Products like shampoo, conditioner, sun care and body lotions are carefully processed in 750 to 8,000 gallon scrape-wall turbine premix, mixing and holding tanks. Each product batch is bottled individually in 40 mL to 1-liter containers through five automated packaging lines. You can even choose 1-2 ounce foil packette capabilities for direct mail, grocery handout or hotel room samples.
At Access Business Group, we comply with FDA-certified sanitation and quality procedures as well as cGMP guidelines. To ensure consistent quality, each product batch is at least triple-inspected: in the mix tank, in the hold tank and during packaging. Water used for production is purified through reverse osmosis, microfiltration, pasteurization and ozone to meet USP standards.
