Products like shampoo, conditioner and body lotions are carefully processed in 750 to 8,000 gallon scrape-wall turbine pre-mix, mixing and holding vessels - then bottled individually in 40 mL to 1-liter containers through five automated packaging lines. At Access Business Group, we ensure a pharmaceutical level of FDA-certified sanitation and quality procedures. To ensure consistent quality, each product batch is inspected at least three times - in the mix tank, in the hold tank and during packaging. Water used for production is purified through microfiltration, pasteurization and reverse osmosis to meet your high quality standards.
